Chef Manuel (aka Manny) joined The Bonnie crew as a cook three years ago and now runs our busy kitchen. Now living in Fresh Meadows, he originally hails from Puebla, Mexico, where he learned to make the killer mole poblano that he sometimes serves for staff meal. He particularly loves the craziness of brunch service, when the bar is at its most action-packed and fun!
