Chelsea joined the team at The Bonnie and her sister bars in 2016 as resident public relations specialist, bartender wrangler and Instagram obsessive. She comes to the team from a career as an editor at Food & Wine magazine, where she focused on restaurant trends and rising star chefs. When she’s not running from one bar to the next to snap cocktail pics, she’s usually at home experimenting with new granola recipes or reading The Very Busy Spider a million times a day with her toddler.
