Chris is a native of Port Washington, Long Island, and an Astoria local for 17 years. After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology with degrees in Interior Design and Furniture Restoration, she launched the LinDon Habes silkscreen studio, where she produces the popular I Heart Astoria clothing line. She was one of the first servers at The Bonnie’s sister bar Sweet Afton upon its opening in 2009, moving into a role managing private events for both The Bonnie and Sweet Afton in 2014. Always in motion, she can often be spotted meeting with private events guests at The Bonnie, dashing around Astoria with her son Mason or running the annual Winter Market at Sweet Afton.
